May Xiong is a a 24 year old photographer. She is heavily inspired by light, music scores, and attention to detail. She creates photographs that present unusual beauty; brining forth her subjects delicately and intimately with the surrounding environment that sometimes may seem heavy or harsh. My final image turned out very well, it fits to the style of the artist with the colours of the background, skin and paint, but also with the drawn lines. I studied the artist's photos very carefully to achieve a very similar effect on my own image.
